Components of xfy
As the world’s first XML-based composite application framework, xfy puts useful business information into the hands of the right user at the right time by integrating different types of data collected on-demand from various data sources. With innovative use of SOA, easily integrate sales and client data from a CRM system, email and office documents residing within work stations or information from websites, partner or supplier systems.
xfy Enterprise consists of xfy Server and xfy Enterprise Client.

Client Software
xfy Enterprise Client plays the central role in generating and leveraging XML objects. Administrators can use xfy Enterprise Client in conjunction with various tools and vocabulary components designed for specific objectives and functionality:
- XML Object Repository Manipulation Tool - Access XML object repositories to search for XML objects and manipulate and view files and folders.
- xfy Schema Designer - Create and edit information structures as schemas.
- xfy View Designer - Create and edit vocabulary components based on schemas.
- xfy Developer's Toolkit – Using a scripting language called XVCD, create vocabulary components and expand vocabulary component functionality.
- Category Tag Management Tool - Register category tags that handle different schema elements and attributes as shared information on an xfy server.
- Vocabulary Component - The following built-in vocabulary components can be used via xfy Enterprise Client
- For creating and editing documents: XHTML, SVG, MathML, Calclet
- For viewing all XML data in a versatile manner: Adaptive Chart (graph), Adaptive Data Grid (table), Adaptive XY Chart (scatter chart)
- For linking XML object repositories and Web services: XML object repository, Web service, Web service (REST format)
In addition to the above, administrators and developers can create new vocabulary components with xfy View Designer or XVCD and use them via xfy Enterprise Client.
